Our customers have always been our best advocates. When you tell a colleague how the Eyecon fits into your work, that word of mouth means more than any ad we could run. The new Eyecon Referral Program is our way of saying thank you for it.
The idea is simple: introduce people to Eyecon, and when they buy, you get rewarded. Here is everything you need to know.
Who Can Take Part
All Eyecon-RxSafe customers can refer anyone who can put our machines to good use, such as another pharmacy or business owner you know in the industry. Submit as many referrals as you like, whenever you like. There is no cap on how many people you refer or how many rewards you can earn.
There are two rules for who you can refer:
- They must be new to Eyecon. Anyone who has bought from us before is already a customer, so referring them won't earn you a reward.
- They must be an unrelated business*. You can't earn a reward for referring your own business, another location you own or help run, or a business owned by a family member. See the full Terms & Conditions below for details.

The 90-Day Window
Every referral stays active for 90 days from the day you submit it. If your referral makes a purchase within those 90 days, the gift card is yours.
If 90 days pass without a purchase, the referral expires and no reward is given. That doesn't have to be the end of the road, though; more on that below.
One date to keep in mind: this promotion ends on December 31, 2026, so get your referrals in while the program is running.
One Referral at a Time, So Credit is Always Clear
To keep things fair, each prospect can have only one active referral at a time. Once you refer someone, nobody else can refer that same person while your referral is active.
That means there's never a question of who gets credit. Whoever holds the active referral when the sale closes earns the reward. No debates about who mentioned Eyecon first or most recently.
And if a referral expires without a purchase, the prospect opens up again. You can refer them a second time, or another customer can. Sometimes the timing just wasn't right the first time around.

*Terms & Conditions and Eligibility
No self-referral or affiliated referrals. Referrals must be to an independent, unaffiliated business. A referrer is not eligible to earn a reward for referring any pharmacy or business in which the referrer, individually or together with a related party, holds any ownership interest, equity stake, or financial interest, or over which the referrer exercises management or operational control — whether that interest is held directly or indirectly through a parent company, holding company, franchise, partnership, trust, or other entity. This includes, but is not limited to, additional locations, stores, or entities under common ownership or control with the referrer.
“Related party” includes a referrer’s spouse, domestic partner, immediate family members, and any business entity in which the referrer or those persons hold an interest.
Eyecon-RxSafe reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion and to withhold or revoke any reward where a referral is found to be self-dealing or between affiliated parties.
